Do not qualify on a peak year alone
Nisku, the Industrial Heartland, and Fort McMurray rotations often put overtime and camp premiums on top of base pay. Lenders usually want a history, not one fat T4. Bring two years if you have them. Qualifying on last summer's hours is how people get stuck.
Where you sleep and where the title sits
